For me, the people are the single most important reason to work at BCG. Each day, I get the opportunity to meet and work with great people—both clients and colleagues—who are inspiring and challenging. And after more than ten years with BCG, I still learn something new every day.
I learn about industries, companies, organizations, and how they work. And last, but not least, I learn about people—including myself. Continuous learning is something I cited as a key objective in my application letter to BCG, a long time ago. And it remains a critical and consistently fulfilled goal for me today.
Being the mother of three beautiful kids—two daughters and one son—I also need some flexibility in my work, something that the project-based environment at BCG is actually very suitable for. I currently work part time 60%, which allows me a good balance between my job and family life.
